Join us for morning meditation riverside, hosted by the lovely Sophie Faulkner. Following an hour of meditation, we invite you back up to the Terrace or Drawing Room for your choice of coffee or Hoogly tea blend and a selection of Priory pastries and biscuits. Through a variety of meditation and spiritual practices, Sophie helps you feel connected, empowered, confident, and grounded. With every class and retreat, Sophie aims to create a nurturing space where you can feel heard and held. Creating an opportunity to enjoy self-care free of guilt and walking away feeling inspired, and energised. Sophie has been on her own personal well-being, healing, and spiritual journey since 2020. Since then, meditation alongside other therapeutic and spiritual practices has been profoundly beneficial to her personal growth and healing. All equipment provided. The session runs from 9.30-11.30 am. The meditation session will run for 1 hour followed by refreshments. Please wear comfortable clothing, suitable for being outdoors at the time of year.
