Restorative Yoga with Mia

Mia is the owner of Sunbeam Yoga and Homeopathy. She is a registered Ashtanga Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and a Homeopathic Practitioner. She has taught regular weekly classes in Dorset for the past 11 years.

She facilitates guided Ashtanga yoga half primary series and Restorative Yoga classes, which are more gentle and aimed at working with an individual’s unique ability.

This has enabled her to incorporate these disciplines into the sessions she runs for all ages and abilities. Yoga can enrich the lives of, and bring calm to those who commit to a regular practice, and observing this progression amongst her yogis gives her a genuine sense of satisfaction. No matter if you are a complete beginner or an accomplished yogi, her classes are tailored to allow you to grow and develop your practice at your own pace.

Mia will guide you through a 60-minute class of Restorative yoga practice. Suitable for all ability levels, this class will relax, rejuvenate, and create a sense of calm for your weekend ahead. This class will be available to book every Saturday and will be held indoors during the colder months and move outdoors when warmer.

Please bring your mat, towel and water. We do have mats for those who need one.
